Dear Preserves of Dunedin Leadership Team,

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding experience we have had with Marsha Thompson, your Sales Manager, and to strongly advocate for her recognition within your organization.

Navigating the process of finding the right care facility for my mother, who is living with dementia, was one of the most emotionally challenging experiences our family has faced. Marsha made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable, and I truly do not believe we would have arrived at the right decision without her guidance. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion were evident at every step, and she handled every question, concern, and request with patience and grace.

What sets Marsha apart is not just her knowledge and expertise, but the fact that she leads with her heart. She is the kind of person who makes families feel seen and supported during some of their most vulnerable moments. Even now, two and a half months after my mother's arrival, Marsha remains my first point of contact when I have questions because I know without a doubt that she truly cares.

Marsha is a remarkable asset to your organization and embodies exactly the kind of leadership and character that deserves to be recognized and rewarded. I wholeheartedly encourage your leadership team to consider her for advancement, as she is without question the right person to take on greater responsibility.

As pleased as I may be with Marsha in their leadership I am not pleased with Georgette the current Wellness Director. It appears that even Georgette agrees that Marsha can handle it all as she frequently points me to Marsha to handle or address issuses/concerns. The lack of professionalism on Georgette's part is least to be desired.

Thank you for the care you provide to residents and families like ours.
