We now have no security guards or gated community. Non-resident speeding cars, homeless people, solicitors, broken spa, broken pools, underage teens living in units, and thee worst Summit Broadband TV and internet purchased by OTOW Clearwater Florida.<br>Sorry but what can we do it was great place 30 years ago when my parents lived here now well.<br>S.Z.

It is taking 4 months so far to fix a sewer issue, vent. Have over 30 calls in and several maintenance requests. Have been ignored and lied too several times<br>Alot of dog poop on property. There is only 1 poop station on the entire property located by the lake. Should be at least 5 spread around the property.<br>So far there were 3 different old women who unprovoked started screaming and swearing obscenities, by the lake walking.<br>Alot of people live here that were not even approved by the association. One renter has assaulted numerous people and the police are here regularly about her.<br>You are not allowed to hang anything by your door or put a mat in front of doorstep.

I think it's a great value for the amenities and service provided. Reasonable HOA fee compared to other condo and Mobile Home Parks. Lots of green space. Centrally located. Awesome gym.
