The staff are caring, attentive, and professional, providing good medical care and personalized attention to each resident. They communicate well with families and ensure health needs are consistently monitored. The facility offers a variety of social and recreational activities that help keep residents engaged and active, contributing positively to their quality of life. Meals are nutritious and meet dietary needs, though some residents have mentioned they would appreciate more variety and flavor options. The common areas are comfortable and spacious, creating a pleasant environment for residents to socialize and relax. Overall, The Pointe provides a safe and supportive setting for seniors, with compassionate staff and solid healthcare services. With a few improvements in dining and perhaps more activity options, it could be even better. I would rate it 4 stars.

Good afternoon my name is Ken Turner I am a brand new resident I came into this great place in the sales director she is outstanding and her assistant is outstanding is well they made me feel so much at home I am so glad that I picked this community and the staff everyone is outstanding and I'm just getting here I feel so much at home I recommend this place to anybody come make this place your home like I did

My parents have lived at 5 Star for over 3 years under their assisted living care. All the 5 Star staff have been very kind, professional and caring over the years. Most importantly, the medical attention and care they received was outstanding. They had different medical challenges at various points in time but knowing that we had a team working with us who had expertise and truly cared about my parents made a huge difference. The other area we love about 5 Star is the activities. They are amazingly varied, covering both physical and mental stimulation. Overall, 5 Star has been a great experience for them.

My Dad has called Five Star in Teaneck home for a bit more than 2 years. He made new friends very quickly, aided by the Staff's efforts to engage and connect the residents. He particularly enjoys that there is an active Men's Club, as well as the group excursions, poker and some of the craft classes. Pure peace of mind for my siblings and me to see him happy, and in such a nice, caring community.

My grandmother lived here for a number of years, and not only is the facility elegant and comfortable, clean and well-maintained, the staff are what make it stand out. They really invest time getting to know the residents and engaging them. Even when my grandmother moved out to a nursing home to receive more round-the-clock care, a member of the 5-Star staff came to visit her. And when she passed away recently, I received such warm condolences from the Activities Director, who knew her, but also from the new Executive Director.
