Our mom received excellent care at The Pointe. The staff is remarkable and truly care about the residents. The facility is very clean and there are plenty of activities for all interests. The food is good too! Sadly, our Mom required Hospice care. We were able to continue her care at The Pointe, where we felt supported during the difficult journey. Our family was with mom every day for 2 months, so we saw a lot in the facility. Everybody from the front desk to the food service teams serve with care, compassion and respect. I would recommend this facility with no reservations.

I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for The Point at Kilpatrick — from the head administrator, Samantha, all the way through every staff member. My father was a resident there, and from day one, we were impressed by the level of care and professionalism across every department. This place is truly a hidden gem.

The CNA staff is truly second to none. They consistently showed compassion, respect, and genuine kindness, and they made my dad feel like a friend to everyone while encouraging as much independence as he could comfortably manage. All departments were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and caring, which brought our family great comfort during a difficult time.

During hospice, my father was able to remain in the apartment he loved, allowing our family to be with him — something we will be forever grateful for. I truly cannot say enough about everyone who touched not only my dad’s life, but ours as well.

I only wish my dad had been able to spend more time at this beautiful facility. I am deeply grateful to the entire staff at The Point at Kilpatrick for the exceptional care, compassion, and dignity they provided to both my father and our family.

With deepest gratitude,
Kelly Castrogiovanni

My Mom just moved in to The Pointe last week at 93 yo. She had a rough few days at first, leaving her home, but I cannot tell you how kind and caring everyone here is. The staff is wonderful, the residents are friendly. This is definitely the best place for our special Mom!
