This is the most beautiful grounds around. Lots of trees, fruit trees, flowers and lush grass. There's an area for you to have a plot to garden in as well. The clubhouse was recently remodeled, and is gorgeous! There is a computer room, game rooms, pool table, a gym, and so much more. The office always has activities and fun things to do in the clubhouse, as well as planned excursions. Tonight there's a New Years Eve party for the residents. Rent is very reasonable. The apartments are cozy and maintained diligently. The waiting list to get in is currently closed. You will have to call regularly to see if there's an opening to get on the list.

I've been a resident at the Orchard for over 6 years and, personally, I am very happy here. The location is very convenient and close to public transit and the current management has been very caring and efficient.<br>In the last couple of years, the complex has become gated and as of today we can enjoy the use of a newly constructed beautiful clubhouse.

If I could give ZERO stars I would !! These Senior living apartment homes SUCK, This complex Should have some kind of buttons that tenants can press in the apartment in the walk ways or something in case or emergency or if their in some kind of trouble they are ELDERS, but they don’t! My Father passed away here in December after experiencing a ruptured shunt in a major artery, bless his heart and life, he bled to death all over his apartment, and all the while I sit here and beat myself up that I didn’t get him a life alert button,🚨 I believe The Orchard should help these seniors if there is an accident. On top of that it’s first come first serve parking. Come on, They have more apartments then they do parking spots and these seniors are stuck walking very far from their cars to their apartments sometimes from the street. It’s very sad, my Dad complained often! The receptionists who answer the phone are so RUDE. When my Dad passed away I cleaned the blood in the apartment the best I could all while being a single mother and my Father being the only person I had to rely on for support, she tried to charge a $200 cleaning fee, all the while having my Fathers deposit still that they took from him when he moved in. If I were you, I’d keep looking for a more secure home for my parent. If your parent passes away here there aren’t any routine checks being done. No health checks it just sucks. You can tell the ladies that answer the phone hate their job. He passed away and was left there for 8 hours until I had to find him when I tried to bring him dinner, no one should experience this kind of loss! Especially my Father whom complained about this place all the time. I wish he wouldn’t have stayed, I wish he would have took my advice and came to live with me. 😔 I miss him every day! Everyday it hurts! He didn’t deserve this, to live your whole life and then retire here and die alone while experiencing medical difficulties. Isn’t right. You guys absolutely suck for senior living and your attitudes definitely need some tailor girls 🤦🏻‍♀️

All the staff including the maintenance are no help if you express some kind of stress they will escalate things and say it's your fault or not their problem
