My Dad recently moved into The Ivy at Watertown in November. Nothing but a great experience. Staff, Nursing, Facility & Food. All my Dad does is rave about the outstanding meals he receives on a Daily basis. Last month we decided to host family from out of state there for a Brunch. Chef Gary and his staff went above and beyond to make our Family enjoy a great social event…5 Stars…to all!

My father in law recently moved into the Ivy. It’s been an absolute amazing experience! From the beautiful facility, to the staff and the incredible food! Chef Gary goes above and beyond to please the guests. Last week we had a get together in the community room and had Chef Gary cater the event, everything was delicious and very reasonable pricing! 5 Stars!

My parents both lived at the Ivy from 2022 to late 2025. When they first moved in it was independent living. We knew eventually my mother would need further assistance if not memory care eventually. With me living 4 hours away, The Ivy was a perfect place to make sure both of my parents were safe and happy. Eventually my mother ended up in memory care and the staff there was great. Communication was huge and critical. I always felt I knew what was going on and that was very helpful, especially when having to make decisions. The lead nurse Kelley was phenomenal along with her assistant Jessica. I'm very thankful for them and everything they did for my mother. From managing medications to making great conversations.

The building and grounds were very nice and continued to be well maintained. Very clean. My father and mother always made mention of that and enjoyed being there. The activities and programs, great too. When my mother was in memory care they arranged all the transportation to and from her appointments. Sadly both my parents are now gone and I will say, having them there was a great decision....one we all made together but now looking back, realize how good of a decision that was. Honestly , I even miss visiting. Walking around, getting a coffee, saying hello to everyone, an occasional game of pool upstairs and more so sitting down in the upper sitting area just relaxing and listening to music. I guess, just good memories all around. Thanks Ivy!

The Ivy is a welcoming environment as soon as you walk in through the doors. It's been a pleasure and a blessing to bring painting + music as a peaceful activity to the senior residents for one hour. The residents are a joy to be around and the staff very helpful and pleasant to work with. I am grateful for this opportunity.

My parents have been residents for six months now and are very happy being part of the Ivy family. The staff is kind and caring. There are many activities for my parents to participate in. They also are enjoying the food and home-cooked meals. The entire facility is very clean and neat. I feel secure knowing that they are being well cared for and are in a safe environment, which accommodates their needs.
