Everyone here tries really hard in tough situations. The nurses, Ginger, Melissa and Staci are awesome. They took great care of our family member who is a pistol and complained for months to come get her. Today she is now begging to go back bc she misses them. Thanks guys. I know it was tough, but you are all rockstars.

this place makes you poop in bed and sit or lay in it for hours. the staff is always on break they tell you. if you get a bed pan they leave you on it till you cant stand it and have to get yourself off. few nurses and aides try to help but they are always short handed. thankfully I got to transfer to another home and get out of that hellhole. don't put your loved ones here.

The staff always knows who we are and greets us each time we come to see my in-laws. They quickly address any issue we have with my in-laws. They are methodical in checking them and administering meds. The nurses caught an issue with my father-in-law’s heart. Without their attention, we feel he would have died. They caught the issue and 4 hours later, he had a pace maker in his heart. The rehab staff is very hands on and consistent in their making sure that mother-in-law rehabbed after a lengthy hospital stay. The activity director always has something fun and engaging going on in the facility. The staff will go outside their designated roll to help make sure things get done for the residents. The admissions director walked us through admissions when they were between administrators. The director of nursing is accessible. The financial director has helped us with the finances of my in-laws. She keeps things simple and walks us through what we need to do. You will routinely see the new administrator walking the halls checking on things. The social worker checks on them to make sure any issues they have will be addressed. They have posted in the facility they are Christ centered and it evident they are. My in-laws love the food.

Trisha has gone out of her way on many occasions to ensure the happiness, safety, and quality of life for my grandmother was a top priority. I have never had a worry when it came to her care at this facility. I am thankful for this facility and staff for helping ease our families’ minds during such a difficult transition in life.
