An exceptional care facility for your elderly family. Everyone cares and is extremely attentive. Levi, Morgan, Karlie, Racheal, Cat, Sandra, Maria, etc, etc. provide top notch and compassionate services to my folks. Best part, we feel at ease and less worry in our lives knowing they are both in a great place and being taken care of. You won’t regret choosing Grandview on the Chisholm for an elderly loved one.

I can’t express enough how fantastic The Grandview at Chisholm Trail is! We moved my Mom in quickly due to a change in her health and every single person on The Grandview staff made the transition easy and enjoyable. Not just for my Mom but for our entire family! Levi is a dream to work with! I’m so relieved to know she is cared for and safe. If you are looking for a safe, warm, family-like setting for your loved one, you can’t choose better than The Grandview at Chisholm Trail!!

My mother has lived at The Grandview of Chisholm Trail for 2 years. She has received excellent care from all of the staff. Rachel has done an incredible job as Wellness Director and now as Manager of the Grandview. Her compassion, work ethic, and communication with staff and family members is outstanding. Stacie does an amazing job keeping all of the residents engaged in fun activities that are appropriate for their stage in life. She also has events that families and friends can come to. My mom was recently crowned queen of their Senior Senior Prom. Great fun was had by all! Jo Ann and Morgan do a terrific job communicating with families and guests visiting. Maria has the heart of an angel as she makes everyone feel loved and cared for in the Cottage memory care. The caregivers, nursing staff, maintenance department, cooking staff, and cleaning staff all do all that they can to make sure that the residents feel safe and cared for. I know that my mom is happy and content living at The Grandview, and I am pleased that my family made this choice.
