I have been a resident at Stevenson Oaks for the past year. My husband of over 50 years passed away unexpectedly, and I wanted to live closer to my children and grandchildren. As it turned out, Stevenson Oaks was the perfect choice! Not only is the Community welcoming, but it allows residents to be involved in activities of choice and provides many opportunities for service to others. As I have become a part of this amazing living experience, I am thankful for the many opportunities to continue a productive life.

As a private vendor who works professionally as a magician, I frequently perform for senior living facilities, private individuals, and corporations. Payment and communication can sometimes be challenging in this industry, but that was not the case with Stephenson Oaks. The residents were extremely happy, the facility was clean and well maintained, and the show went smoothly. I was treated respectfully and professionally as a vendor, and the entire experience was positive from start to finish. I would gladly recommend Stephenson Oaks to other performers and look forward to working with them again.

“Wow, this place is beautiful!” “Everyone is so friendly.” “We’re just like a big family!” These are just a few of the things you hear around the Stevenson Oaks community. It doesn’t matter which neighborhood you’re visiting or living in here, the feeling of fellowship and joy can be felt. It’s an awesome thing to witness and something I am so proud to be a part of!

My 95 year old Dad’s new home is the Memory Care unit at Stevenson Oaks. I have been pleasantly surprised how he has adjusted so nicely. He moved in after living by himself so it was definitely a big change. Saying that, Dad receives the care & attention from the nurses as well as the aides. Dad had a medical problem which was addressed promptly. I have excellent timely communication with the nurses, back & forth. He is involved in the activities which Diane, the sales manager told me I might be surprised how involved he might become, Yes, joyfully I was & am thankful because i feel he's less lonely & is more stimulated. I’m able to visit as much as i want. He talks about how delicious the meals are, & i have joined him occasionally. Stevenson Oaks has given me as well as my sister & 2 brothers “peace of mind” each day.

A lovely brand new retirement community with a continuum of care -- independent living, assisted living, memory/medical care. Toured Commons building -- it is beautiful!
