We moved my Mom to Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living after a very disappointing experience at another local Assisted Living, and we have been so impressed and happy with the positive difference of this experience. From our very first of 3 tours with Brandy, our pre-admission assessment with Brandy and the nurse, Chenwe, to the exceptional follow through with all the staff we have encountered, we feel like Bethesda Gardens has gone above and beyond in providing quality care and a warm, inviting home environment. My Mom's apartment was nicely updated/renovated before her move. It is, bright and spacious and has a lovely patio that opens into a nice courtyard. She LOVES her patio and the glass storm door that allows her to look outside when she doesn't feel like going outside. Access to her own patio and to the outside courtyard through her own back door give her a sense of independence that was lacking at her previous Assisted Living. The staff is friendly and attentive, and she likes the food. There are a variety of enrichment activities offered each day. She has chosen not to participate yet, but it is comforting to know there are those opportunities available. I have been impressed with all aspects of our experience including the "behind the scenes" administration and business office, as well as the in-house Rehab Services. Every weekday that I visit, I am warmly greeted by the helpful receptionist, Lexi, and her beautiful, kind smile. The most important thing is that my Mom says she is "happy" here, and that is invaluable. The bonus is that Bethesda Gardens actually costs less than her previous Assisted Living for the same amenities and level of care (plus the patio!). Moving is never easy, but this move was definitely worth it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bethesda Gardens has been an incredible blessing for our family, and we are so thankful we found this community. After multiple rehabs, hospital stays, and even in-home care for the last 6 months, my mother needed a positive place where she could truly heal, feel safe, and not be alone. This has been the perfect fit. From the moment you walk in to the beautiful uplifting environment, you feel the warmth. Lexi, at the front desk is always cheerful with a welcoming smile. You'll see workers moving about who know these sweet people by name and genuinely seem to care about each one of them. It’s not uncommon to see staff loving on residents by stopping for hugs, holding hands and encouraging those who might have a struggle and need assistance. The medical and caregiver teams seem to have endless patience and respect for this aging community. We worked with Brandy from the start. She was so patient and compassionate as we worked through this emotional decision for us and our mom who wasn't looking forward to moving there. Kathy (Activities Director) connected with her immediately. She learned some details about my mom to help her find her place to fit in right away. She brings contagious enthusiasm that keeps residents active and engaged with new things to do and look forward to all the time. Every member of the team we have met is incredible. Reyna fills the halls with joy through her housekeeping, and Izzy on the maintenance team always steps in with a helpful, can-do attitude. Most importantly, my mother is happy! She’s surrounded by new friends, smiling again, and truly thriving. She looks forward to her daily activities which is so important for her mental health. Seeing her this content after such a difficult season of what seemed hopeless at times, has meant everything to our family. We are deeply grateful for the love and care shown at Bethesda Gardens. They are an example of how it should be done. I don't know how they do it, but I wished this experience for anyone who is aging, in need of help with daily needs or alone and feeling a bit lost in their later years. I appreciate each and every one of these special people who work as a well oiled machine.

Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living continues to impress me every time I walk through the doors. The staff is exceptionally trained, consistently kind, and wonderfully patient. You can feel the warm, receptive atmosphere the moment you arrive. The residents are not just well cared for—they’re genuinely happy and actively engaged, which speaks volumes about the culture here. Working with the nursing team is seamless, especially with ADON Chinwe, whose professionalism and compassion make collaboration effortless. The front desk receptionists greet every person with a warm smile and a helpful spirit—small touches that matter a great deal in senior care. As an independent care manager, it’s refreshing to partner with a community where the staff clearly has a true heart for service. Many of the care techs have been here for years, and in healthcare, that level of loyalty and consistency says everything. If you’re looking for a community that delivers top-notch care for your loved one, I highly recommend visiting Bethesda Gardens. Yours truly, Deidra A. Betheda Gardens has been such a blessing for our dear friend/family Janie T. The Christian background of this home was truly a drawing card for us!! No contracts are needed because the care is exemplary, keeping their residence happy, well fed and a safe environment! Thank you Brandy H. for going above and beyond the call of duty and welcoming our sweet friend!! Blessings to you all! Linda and Dale B.

Our mom has been at Bethesda Gardens Memory Care for just shy of 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience for all of us. Mother had become paranoid and would leave her home and wonder through the neighborhood and we knew it was time to place her somewhere. Bethesda was a great choice. Mom is happy and healthy. The facility is big which allows her to walk the halls all day with her new best friend! The medical care is excellent. They keep me inform on anything that they find, big or small. The family events are so much fun for all. You can feel the love and you can see how the staff relates to the residence and its great. The rooms are very nice! The staff does a great job of keeping everything nice and clean.
