My mother is going on 96. She has been at the Glades memory care unit for a year. I would like to give a shout out to all the aides and medical staff there. They really care about the residents a keep them engaged with not only their medications but they get them involved with activities an entertainment. They watch over them like family. They make sure they socialize and don’t just stay by themselves. I have toured other facilities a don’t think they match up to the care the med staff and aides I have had the pleasure to communicate with here at this location so thank you. Sharon Hetman

The Glades at ChampionsGate is truly an exceptional community. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the dedicated staff and leadership team. Their commitment to providing outstanding care and support is evident in every aspect of the community. It feels like you are at home with your family. Whether it's Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care, residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, engaged, and valued. The community is beautifully maintained, offers a variety of enriching activities, and creates an environment where residents can thrive while maintaining their independence. What stands out most is the genuine care the team ( Carmen, Lanetrius and Josh, just to name a few) have for each resident and their families. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to enhancing quality of life make The Glades at ChampionsGate a wonderful place to call home. If yourself or a loved one is looking for a new place to call home please give them a call. I truly believe you will not regret it.

The Glades is a gorgeous ALF community that offers wonderful living options for seniors. The property is beautifully decorated with lots of art and modern furnishings. The community gives the feel of being in a very upscale hotel. Every time that I have been to the Glades, the staff members have been attentive, friendly and helpful. I am also impressed with the quality of the foods prepared in their multiple restaurants. The chefs pay close attention and have great pride in the quality of their dishes. Overall, the general environment at the Glades feels very sociable which can be seen by happy expressions on the faces of the residents that live on property.

My mom has been a resident at The Glades for the past six years, and she and I have been satisfied by the care she has received. The environment is welcoming, clean, and feels like a true community. The caregivers and staff go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, engaged, and treated with dignity. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she is not only cared for, but also valued and loved. Over the years, I’ve seen many team members come and go, but there are those who consistently stand out for their kindness and commitment. One of those exceptional caregiver is May. Her hard work does not go unnoticed, and it has made a lasting impact on my mom’s quality of life. I did encounter a recent concern during my time there, but what stood out most was how it was handled. The Executive Director and the Business Office Director addressed the issue promptly, listened carefully, and worked with sincerity to resolve it. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing what’s right made a lasting impression on me. It’s reassuring to know that leadership is not only present but actively engaged and compassionate. I am deeply grateful for the support and care my mom has received here.

This is such a beautiful community. The building itself shows well and is clean. The staff is amazing. Everyone is helpful and upbeat. They have so many different activities for the residents to do. The residents all seem happy and cared for. We toured many assisted Living homes. This one checked all the boxes! Mom is very happy here!❤️
