The Reserve at Davenport is a new facility which is very nice and clean. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.<br><br>The entire staff is very attentive, nice, helpful, caring, cheerful and uplifting. The entire staff know their residents and understand their needs and wants. They take good care of dad. The staff are concerned for the residents well being. They offer many activities for them to participate in.<br><br>There is a nice courtyard where they can go outside and visit together.<br><br>The food is very good and prepared by hand in the well appointed kitchen (not frozen meals or from a box)!<br><br>We highly recommend The Reserve at Davenport.

The facility is wonderful, beautiful , and the staff are great!<br>I couldn’t ask for a better place for my dear Aunt.<br>The care she received was very special indeed. All the staff were absolutely amazing, taking a great care of her. I felt the love from everyone towards my aunt on daily basis. My aunt is no longer with us, but my heart is full of gratitude for everyone at the facility.<br>Thank you!<br>Silvia

I honestly cannot recommend The Reserve at Davenport enough.<br><br>I don't write reviews very often, and I was absolutely not asked or paid to write this one. I'm leaving it because the staff here genuinely deserve the recognition.<br><br>My 86-year-old grandmother has Parkinson's disease and has been through an incredibly difficult 4 month span. Before coming here, other facilities and situations were only able to keep her stable for a few days at a time. Since moving into The Reserve, she has remained stable for nearly a month now, and I truly believe the care she's received has made a huge difference.<br><br>The nurses and staff have gone above and beyond every single day. They make sure she gets her medications on time, help her shower, dress, clean her room, assist her with meals, bring food to her when needed, and are always quick to respond whenever something changes. They have treated her with kindness, patience, and dignity through everything.<br><br>I especially want to thank Cathy and Jay. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through this past month without them. They've kept me informed, answered countless questions, taken my concerns seriously, and have always acted quickly whenever they noticed even the smallest change in my grandmother. Today alone they contacted me immediately over a concern, and after talking to my grandmother myself it turned out to be a misunderstanding, but I would much rather have staff who care enough to sound the alarm than staff who ignore something that could be important. That level of attentiveness means everything to a family member.<br><br>The facility itself is beautiful. It's brand new, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Residents have their own private rooms and private bathrooms, and every time I've visited the building has been spotless. The environment feels welcoming instead of institutional.<br><br>Most importantly, everyone has been open, honest, and compassionate. At no point have I felt like "just another family member." They have truly cared about my grandmother's well-being and have supported both of us through an incredibly stressful time.<br><br>If you're looking for assisted living for someone you love, I can wholeheartedly recommend The Reserve at Davenport. From my family's experience, they have earned every one of these five stars.<br><br>Thank you, Cathy, Jay, and the entire team. You'll probably never fully know how much your kindness has meant to our family. ❤️
