My mom just moved into The Club. Brandi was so helpful in making the transition. My mom has been there for a week and the staff is wonderful. The residents are also very welcoming. If you are looking for a place for a relative, I would recommend The Club.

I toured The Club recently looking for a place for my mom. Vicki was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. I am planning to move my mom there as soon as possible.

A friend recommended The Club @ Haines City when moving my mother-in-law from Texas to be near us. Having zero experience with nursing/assisted living, I had no idea what to expect. The facility was in the middle of a complete overhaul. The then manager was very helpful & able to take our mom immediately. The most amazing part, she was able to bring her fur babies, which was more than we hoped & put her at ease. The level of care she needed when moving in was very low but the peace of mind that she had help 24/7 was amazing! I visited almost daily & had direct experience with almost every staff member & resident over the last 8 months. The residents were loving, kind, & enveloped her into the community immediately. I was most impressed with the staff who became as close as family & were an extreme help as her health declined. Much has changed over our time there and only for the better! The meals were originally not great, however, taking the residents input it has improved 100% & is now very good. The new manager & health director have done an incredible job bringing the team together to improving the care & cohesiveness of the facility. I can’t express enough how incredible the community & staff of The Club @ Haines City have been to us!! The warmth and support have truly made a difference in our lives. We are so grateful to be a part of such an amazing community!!

This place is so homey feeling.<br>The floors in the hallways were just updated and look beautiful. The Club is truly doing a wonderful job updating this beautiful assisted living. The residents are so kind and all have smiles on their faces. This is definitely a place if you are looking for your loved one you should check out!

This place is horrible ive left messages for the owner to call me not a manager or exective person but the owner and they never give them the message. They always say they out of town or in meetings. They dont want the stuff to be told that goes on that they cover up. Some of the staff is awful, disrespectful and unprofessional. They need to replace a few employees, the manager and the exective person. This place is too nice to be have these people employed here. To this owner i hope to here from you personally.
