My wife and I came down from NYS and went to Four Lakes to look at 8 homes. We contacted Cheryl Dobbs before our trip and she had everything set up for us. We actually found a very nice home and had every intention of purchasing, but circumstances in NY had us put everything on hold. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made us aware of many things that we wouldn't have known. Cheryl also gave us a tour of Four Lakes. It is a beautiful property. The amenities at Four Lakes are wonderful. If things work out in the future, we would be very happy to look for another home there. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. If your looking for a home in a 55 and older community, be sure you explore Four Lakes. You won't regret it

Cheryl was very friendly and explained everything about the community to us. She showed us 6 homes for sale and seemed to know everything about them and the person who owned them.Four Lakes looks like a very nice place to live.
