I was referred to Haines Manor by a social worker when I was looking for a facility for my sister. I called and was able to speak with Raj one of the directors. He was understanding about my situation and even met with me and my husband to discuss the steps to help get my sister the care she needed. While it didn't work out that she could be admitted to Haines Manor, I have no doubt she would have received the level of care she requires.

I have relatives there. A place that has no toilet paper, paper towel, no towels for residents, no wash cloths, each resident's bathrooms are in bad condition. The nurses' stations the cabinets are broken, and reported several times the bathroom bars are broken, as are the dressers. At the moment there is no toilet paper or paper towels. The floors are broken. Exactly the 2nd floor the handling of this place is horrible where are the owners?????

This is the best facility that I have toured. Very clean and smells fresh. No urine smells. They staff are very helpful and polite.
