I just viewed your location on Google Maps, your home is right next to the Ecusta trail..., it's literally right outside you door. I love my bicycling hobby and will live with it for the rest of my life. Not having to drive to access the trail is a dream come true. Have many other cyclists migrated to your estate just because of this feature?

We live near them and instead of putting up No Trespassing signs on their property along Ecusta Traily they are allowing a homeless camp to be set up as we speak

While some of the nurses seem caring, my experience dealing with the staff, including the director, has been very frustrating. My father is 91 and i require health updates, which he hesitates to give me. The staff rudely snaps at me that they cannot provide such info. without my dad's permission, which he assured me he gave them. Do NOT place your loved ones here. They are all about doing as little as possible!

I received a phone call from my father who was distraught, and on the verge of tears. I never heard him like that. After I hung up with him I called back and a woman named April answered. I told her I was concerned...She chuckled and said "Well you know how dementia is, he is just agitated at the cab driver" I asked, and I have to admit I was upset, but not yelling, "What was my blind father doing in a cab?" She said probably going to the bank or something" Really? I said I need to know what's going on, she got very defensive, and said she was removing herself from the conversation....No Compassion, No Empathy, She does not give a crap, and has no business being in the health care. When I told her I was reporting this to the authorities she Laughed!! Who does that?? If they can not talk to families with respect, and be understanding when the family member in their care is very distraught, and they want real answers not snide remarks. I will be reporting to elder affairs in the morning...I have been in management for 30+ years dealing with consumers everyday...and only raised my voice twice so for me to be upset it was totally provoked...That woman doesn't give a crap about your parent!

This place is the best kept secret in Hendersonville. Mom has been here 6 weeks and I'm very pleased with her care. The staff is so loving and caring. If you're looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, I suggest you check out Cardinal Care.
