Before you chose this service to help care for your loved one, know that they will make excuse after excuse as to why they cannot provide coverage when the main caregiver has a family emergency or is on vacation. The supervisor, Mary, and the general manager, Tonia, will give you the run around about why they cannot supply help. Both have failed to return numerous phone calls from my family members, do not communicate when they say they will, and discharged my loved one from their care without notice. The caregiver my grandpa had was absolutely wonderful, but the office and scheduling staff is drastically different. We are very disappointed to lose the wonderful CNA that my grandparents bonded with and trusted due to the lack of professionalism by their company. “Always Best Care” is a lie - it is “when it’s convenient for them best care.”
