The Administrator Ms. Katrina was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She made my mom feel good about living at The Gables at Charlton Place. She was very sweet and personable. She showed us everything they had to offer. The place was BEAUTIFUL and very well kept and decorated nice. Everyone we saw and spoke with were great. Glad this place exist because we think our Mom is going to thrive and do very well there.

Spoke to the Administrator Katrina about a referral and she was prompt and quick to respond to all of our patients family needs she reached out to the family and set things up in a very timely manner.We have tried many facilities and she was the only one that gave the family a response back.

I can't say enough great things about Katrina, the new administrator here at The Gables where my stepfather resides. Since she came on board, the atmosphere is so much warmer! You can really feel the positive change!! Katrina has an open-door policy and genuinely listens to both residents and their families. She's so upbeat and engaged - it's clear she's dedicated to making this place even better. I'm really excited for what's to come under her leadership! My stepfather is so happy and everyone is so good to him there!! Best administrator and employees ever and the place is spotless!!!
