My experience here was absolutely great! I had a relative here not long ago and I believe Angel Owens deserves a shoutout. She went above and beyond and always seemed to keep a smile and a pleasant and sweet personality. Overall the place was great. Would recommend to any of my family and friends.

My Auntie Bertha Brown is on the rehab hall. The CNA Malinda and Nurse Qualinda took very good care of her. They was very caring and they went the extra mile to make sure that she was taken care of the right way. I was very impressed with the care. Thank you for the care. Jennifer T. Brown

I wanna give 5 stars to Brittney Smith for the care she gives the residents on unit 2. She is a great person inside and out. Working with her has been a pleasure. See her enter act with Cheney and the smile she gives when she sees her. Thank you Prattville health and rehabilitation for all that you do for your residents and staff

Alexandria Jarrett and Jennifer Grimes were very pleasant and caring, they never made anyone feel left out and I loved that the most. They put together activities for us to do and it was really fun! I really appreciate their pleasantness, patience and kindness towards me and the other residents. Thank you so much!!!
