There are some very competent and caring staff who looked after my elderly mom after she broke her hip. I would like to acknowledge Misty Bone, the wound specialist who did a wonderful job overseeing the care of my mom’s wounds and was an encouragement to our family as well. Brianna Lewis, RN is a caring and very skilled nurse who showed much compassion and expertise in her care of my mom. Lashaundra Clay, CNA is a very kind and proficient aide who took great care of my mom. Tierra Banks, CNA was also always helpful and kind. These caretakers are an asset to Merry Wood Lodge’s staff. I thank them for all they did for my mom.

We were so pleased with the care that our father got while he was there. The staff were always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help my father. The Memory Care staff and wound care gave us support and extra time with him.

We went to Murraywood for rehab because uncle wanted to walk again. Staff was very helpful and kind. Uncle was given meds from hospital and after 24 hrs didnt want to stay. Never talked to doctor but he worked with us on meds. Uncle believed meds took vitality out of him and didnt want to be in a Nursing Home ... he wanted Rehab. We took him home because its his life and choice.
