Losing my mom was one of the hardest moments of my life, and I never imagined that the company we hired to help her—run by Kaycee Hamilton—would make that period even more painful. We brought them in to help my mom while she was still alive, and she paid her invoices herself. After she passed unexpectedly, Kaycee reached out demanding payment for the remaining balance. When I explained that my mom had no estate, no savings, nothing left, her response was simply, “that’s not my problem.” What happened next was incredibly distressing. Kaycee repeatedly called my workplace trying to track me down, even though the services were for my mother and there was never a signed agreement with me—because she never provided one. Despite that, she pursued me personally for the charges. Eventually, she filed a small‑claims case against me at my place of work, forcing me to pay off a debt that wasn’t mine to begin with. During a time when I was grieving and trying to handle everything that comes with losing a parent, Kaycee’s behavior added stress, fear, and frustration I didn’t deserve. She was cold, rude, and showed no compassion whatsoever. For someone in a business that claims to “help others,” her actions said the opposite. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would not recommend this company to anyone—especially those already going through something difficult.
