I am amazed how the new administrator is so hands on and makes it a priority to visit rooms. I have had two friends here. The ladies in charge of activities, Larkita and Glenda make this place extra special. Their nurse, Kent, is very knowledgeable and professional. And the housekeeping team does a very good job. Most of the staff wear their name tags where the name actually shows! Thank you to Amber in dietary for checking on my friend’s mother and providing her with another option for her meal. She says the place would be five stars if they had more traditional southern cooked vegetables and cornbread.

The NEW Administration ( Ashley and Autumn ) is doing such a great job. They listen and take care of the matters spot on. I now don't have to worry about getting a lot of calls during the day about staff not doing their job. The facility is always clean and tidy. Not being able to walk a long distance for health reasons - they accomodate me by bringing my husband up front to the lobby or outside. I truly admire some of the staff that have become family over the years - Kim, Larketa, Thumper, Denita, Glenda, and a few others are fantastic. Would not want to be anywhere else.

My mother stayed at Charlton Place for 3 weeks of rehab after breaking her hip. She and I had an excellent experience with the staff. They were kind, friendly, and good at their jobs! The facility itself was nice and we enjoyed visiting the courtyard. Everyone was kind and helpful. Thankful for all the staff that helped with my momma.

Randy’s sister has been here almost 4 years. We are well pleased for the most part with the care she receives. The CNA’S and staff are great. Everyone is quick to help us if we do have any questions or concerns.
