Enclave of Scarborough is truly like walking into a warm and comfortable home. New surroundings for many, can be somewhat overwhelming, but at Enclave, one feels immediately at peace and relaxed, knowing that the entire staff are truly compassionate and caring. Without a doubt, each of the staff deserves a 5 star+ rating. Everyone always has a smile on his/her face, are willing to help, no matter what is being asked, and they are patient, considerate, thoughtful, and extremely supportive in countless areas. One can tell that each one truly loves what their job entails, by their understanding and helpfulness.<br>Enclave is the best of the best, and we highly recommend considering this beautiful 'home away from home'....

My mother moved into the memory care unit, Lilac Trace, and has loved the community there. The staff are great and the residents get along well, and with many activities each week and transportation included there's never a shortage of fun for those living there.

After a lengthy hospitalization due to complications from chemotherapy my brother was no longer able to be home on his own. Nathan and the team jumped in and made things happen very quickly so that I could get him discharged from the hospital and into a nice, comfortable and quiet space. They went above and beyond. Everyone at The Enclave are friendly, helpful and very supportive. Our family is most grateful!

The Enclave is a welcoming and well cared for senior living community. The staff have gone out of their way to help our Mom with this difficult transition and they have been very supportive of our family as well. Our mom’s apartment is lovely and with all of her own things there it really feels like home. It is also a lively community with lots of options for activity and families are welcome to join in. We really feel that we have a team supporting our mom that includes our family and the Enclave family. We all have the same goal to ensure our Mom is safe, happy and has the best quality of life possible.

My brother and I recently moved our dad into this assisted living community, and the experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The staff made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and welcoming for our entire family. Everyone has been kind, compassionate, and attentive, taking the time to get to know my dad and help him feel comfortable in his new home.<br><br>The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Communication with staff has been excellent, and it's reassuring to know our dad is receiving the care and support he needs while still maintaining his independence.<br><br>In particular, Nathan Schuster has been absolutely amazing! He has provided exceptional customer service and always made us and our questions feel important. He is responsive and went above and beyond to make our experience positive and as stress free as possible.<br><br>Moving a loved one into assisted living is never an easy decision, but this team has exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine kindness they show every day. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living for a family member.
