The Drake facility hands down has the best team of caregivers I’ve ever encountered. Rare in 2026 to find people who genuinely care for helping others. God bless this entire staff . My dad has received white glove service from the moment we inquired.

Questionable admissions practices and dishonest administrative team. They strung us and our providers along for a week promising things that never occurred delaying appropriate care for the patient. Even our doctors are shocked at how this facility handles admissions and assessments. If you are looking for a honest and transparent facility that demonstrates readiness to care for dementia patients, look elsewhere.

The facility stays clean and staff are great. The Activity Director is wonderful and truly cares for the residents which is evident in the many events and activities she plans!

The Drake is a wonderful facility that provides great care for their residents. One of their Physical Therapists, Leah, is outstanding! She connects with the residents and keeps them motivated and encouraged.

While the facility is exceptionally clean and the clinical care appears high-quality, the administrative intake process is deeply flawed. The salesperson was initially helpful, but communication became nonexistent once a decision was pending. Instead of providing a transparent "no" regarding my mother’s placement, they delayed their response until the last possible moment. Sending a "sincere" rejection email only after it was obvious they couldn't meet our deadline felt disingenuous. I would have preferred honesty over being led on.

Best regards
