I visit my friend who lives there. It is a really good home for my friend with a disability. One veteran caretaker named Darwin is incredible with lots of experience. He is pleasant, and always getting things done.

I visit some one here 2-4 times per month, and always new staff! So much for continuity of care. When this person moved into the place a few years ago, there was an activities coordinator who had a monthly calendar planned out with activities, outings & events EVERY week. Since that person quit, rarely are there any activities, and the person I visit is always just sitting in front of a tv.
