Personal Care took excellent care of our Dad as he was near the end of his life. The building is always very clean, staff are caring and friendly. The GM Trish and lead RN Lindsey were amazing to deal with. Our family was stressed out, and had a lot of questions/concerns, and they handled all of us with grace and kindness . Highly recommend them if you need loving care for a family member.

Everyone at Personal Care Senior Living was so kind and helpful. We appreciated the compassionate care and attention they gave my mom. My mom considered Personal Care Senior Living her home. We are forever grateful. We also want to thank the staff at Interim Hospice. They brought compassion and warmth to my mom's life. We were able to cherish moments with her in comfort and peace.

I would highly recommend personal Care Andover to anyone looking for facility for their loved ones. The caring personell was great all the way down from the facility manager to the person who cleans the rooms. There is a great activity director with a wide range of activities for the residents. It is just a wonderful place for any resident that needs care in their later years of life. Thank you Personal Care Andover. GR

This facility's environment was welcoming and supportive, creating a safe space for Stanley to heal and grow. The staff created a sense of community and belonging, which played a crucial role in his recovery. This nurturing atmosphere encouraged him to engage and become more socially interactive.<br><br>Thank goodness for Lindsey! By coordinating with healthcare professionals, Lindsey, the head nurse, was vital in straightening out his meds. Her involvement in standing up for Stanley helped ensure his success. I could not have done it without her!<br><br>Stanley was in rough shape when entering the facility. The Personalized attention played a crucial role in his transformation, they made him feel valued and understood. They addressed his individual needs and preferences with genuine compassion. April and the staff (Chef Mario & more!) helped him build meaningful connections. They truly took the time to build personal relationships, playing cards, games, planting flowers, going on field trips, and much more!<br><br>I highly recommend if your in need of personal care, this is the place for your loved one.<br><br>Thank you!!!<br>Diane & Stanley

As a healthcare provider I cannot speak highly enough about Personal Care Senior Living- Andover. For starters the facility is well maintained and always clean. The building is set up for residents to have their privacy when desired but also inviting residents to feel a sense of community. There are countless activities offered daily for residents to stay engaged and socialize with one another. April is certainly the most creative Activity Director I have come across with different games and themed events that are inclusive for people of varying physical and cognitive abilities The staff as a whole are what sets this place apart from other living environments. Every caregiver I have come across is kind, smiling, and happy to help not only myself as a visiting clinician, but more importantly a resident with their needs. They are very quick to respond when someone is asking for assistance and really seem to go above and beyond what they are asked to do.<br><br>I cannot speak highly enough of the Registered Nurse on site, Lindsey. She is the heartbeat of the facility. She is more than qualified to provide optimal medical care to the residents, but she also just truly CARES about her residents. She is constantly updating her staff, family members, providers, and the residents themselves to make sure their needs are met in the best way possible. I often find her in patient rooms helping with tasks that no other nurse at other facility finds time to do (ie- helping organize their drawers, finding their favorite show to watch, brushing their hair, etc). These may seem like little mundane tasks, but to the person that’s being helped it makes a world of difference in their day and overall quality of life. The staff at this location take the time to make sure every resident feels this facility is not just a place to live, but their new home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
