Cherrywood staff treat residents like their own family. Their concern for both the residents and the staff who work there goes above and beyond. I would not want my family member to be anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Cherrywood is NEVER short staffed. The Housing Manager is shears willing to step in on the floor to assist the residents & lighten the load. I Absolutely love this place 💕

As someone who has previously worked in the industry, and continues to volunteer my time to it, I am always impressed with not only the amazing care but the sincerity and compassion expressed by everyone involved! It is truly a welcoming and warm community! Thank you for all that you do!

Absolutely love Cherrywood Advanced Living!!! The standard of care there is above amazing. The staff and managers in Andover are truly exceptional. Thank you for all you do!!!!

This place gets 0 stars on behalf of my sister. If I could give them a -10 rating, I would. The doctor that they found to treat her diabetes changed her insulin; which ultimately put here sugars dangerously low, or the nurses did not know how to administrate the insulin correctly. ??!! Well they decided they could not care for my sister any longer; and when we could not find her a nursing home within 30 days; they sent her to the hospital without calling any family to let us know she was in the ER. Then 3 days later we went to her room to start getting her personal belongings to find her room had been cleaned out!!!!!!!! Her personal belongings are in a garage!!!!!! We did not get notified about this either, we just happened to go there to protect her expensive phone, etc. BEWARE OF THIS "CARE" FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!
