Moving my Mama into Arbor Oaks was the best thing we ever did. She enjoys the company and all the activities that they have every day. She has made friends in less than 6 months . They go out of their way for your personal needs. I appreciate and thank all of you for taking care of my Mama. Best thing we ever did for her and for her children.

We have had my MIL at Arbor Oaks since December. The staff is wonderful. She is now on hospice and they have been so incredible. They support us and her and truly care about her. We will miss them when this is over but plan to volunteer as much as possible.

The staff is great. They are very attentive to the people living there and create a family environment. At mealtime if the resident would like something else to have there are many options to choose from. My dad has living there for over a year and is always telling me that Arbor Oaks is a good place to live.

For 7 years this was a 5 star and a very warm and welcoming facility. They received national recognition. A little over 2 years ago a new director took over and within a short period of time 7 department heads left (office manager, marketing, chef, maintenance, housekeeping, activities and director of nursing). Along with the department leaders, good long term aides left. The care for the residents decreased. They are not able to keep a chef and the residents get boxed lunches with sandwiches on a regular basis. Rent increases now happen every 6 months. Weekly housekeeping happens every 4-6 weeks. They do not like a family advocate to have a voice for your loved one. I used to refer many to this facility and I can no longer do that.

Mom recently moved in and loves her new community. The residents and staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Her entire experience has been overwhelmingly positive!!
