I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carlyle and how they welcomed my father-in-law and our family into their own family of 35 residents. From the top notch cuisine to the ample activities, spacious private rooms, PT/OT services and staff we have been beyond pleased with the difficult but necessary move to assisted living. I would recommend this 5 star facility to anyone!

Sorry this review should be for the Nashua location I did not know thewy had more than one location:

My experience with this facility was extremely disappointing. My father has Parkinson’s disease and needed assistance getting out of bed several times a day to stay active and maintain his mobility. Instead, it felt like the staff preferred to heavily medicate him and keep him confined to bed rather than encourage movement and engagement. He was also receiving only about 15 minutes of therapy per day, which we did not feel was adequate for his needs. Overall, it seemed more focused on Medicare billing than on providing meaningful patient care.

Our dad, David Wilson, just recently moved in after trying to live on his own. It was a big decision after living in the same house for almost 70 years. The folks at Carlyle Place have made the transition seamless for my dad and our extended family. All the employees, at every level have made my dad feel like he belongs to a larger family and they all seem genuinely happy to be there doing their jobs.

I can’t say enough about Carlyle Place! My dad has been there for 8 months now, and my family could not be more pleased. The staff is caring and attentive and they ALL pitch in whenever and wherever help is needed. I have spoken to multiple staff members who say that it is the best place they’ve ever worked. Residents are respected and their requests for activities, food, entertainment, etc. are fulfilled whenever possible. The food is very good… most made from scratch. (Shout out to the brilliant Chef David!) If you are looking for a community for your loved one, do not hesitate!
