Steve came to the house to deliver the PAP and explain/demonstrate/fit facemask. He was upbeat, informative and very helpful. Answered all my questions and when he left I felt confident that I would be able to use the device and what I can expect in the future.

Steve was my Respiratory Therapist from Regional Home Care. He was fantastic. He explained everything carefully and gave me written instructions for things also. I was impressed with his level of expertise with regard to the masks and machine also.

I met with Meghan at the Bedford, NH location on 4/2 as a first time CPAP patient. As her boss walked by me in the waiting room at the end of her shift, she looked at me and said, “You’re in great hands”. Boy was she right. This review is for Meghan… I have spent the last 15 years in hospitality management running restaurants & hotels. I’d hire Meghan anywhere. It was fascinating to see someone in the same role that I am in, but just a different industry; getting patients set up on their medical device before passing them on to support specialists to handle them throughout their journey. Meghan was professional, funny, patient and kind. I laughed out loud often! She made me feel right at home. She was someone who I immediately wanted to be friends with. She is absolutely in the right field of work. Thank you for making my 1st impression of Regional Home Care, a great & memorable one. Keep up the fantastic work!

Kristine at the Bedford NH office is wonderful! I’m able to easily email her every month to order my monthly supplies and she’s keep me updated on when I’m insurance eligible for other parts to my CPAP machine. Fast shipping and couldn’t be easier. Thank you so much! Highly recommend

Valene was incredible! From beginning to end, she was thorough in explaining every step on learning about the CPAP, how to use it and when to clean each piece. She helped me feel confident and comfortable about using the CPAP and explained all the health benefits I would have going forward. Valene was both personable and caring, yet very professional as well. I can't say enough about the way she made what could have been an intimidating and confusing process feel so easy. Kudos Valene!
