My husband has early onset FTD. He recently went for a respite stay at the Arbors. We were nervous as he is our world and wanted the best for him. Taking that in context, it’s not home and the staff are trying their best. If you have a LO with dementia you know it’s the most difficult job to do everything perfectly and that’s when it’s 1:1 at home. Imagine helping many at one time! We didn’t know what to expect in this situation. However, the nurses, aids, administration, and others, including Maggie (permanent resident dog) exceeded our expectations. They were all friendly, caring, and always present! They were always helping a resident in one way or another. The staff at the Arbors of Bedford (NH) are a pleasure and certainly giving their all to the residents. Be compassionate and understanding! These people are appreciated and supported by my family!

My brother and sister in-laws, mother and sister visited him. Another sign of a great place, stop in anytime!
