My experience with this facility was extremely disappointing. My father has Parkinson’s disease and needed assistance getting out of bed several times a day to stay active and maintain his mobility. Instead, it felt like the staff preferred to heavily medicate him and keep him confined to bed rather than encourage movement and engagement. He was also receiving only about 15 minutes of therapy per day, which we did not feel was adequate for his needs. Overall, it seemed more focused on Medicare billing than on providing meaningful patient care.

The place has been phenomenal with my aging father. The staff takes great care of him. They engage with him daily, they make him feel like one of the family. I truly appreciate how they go above and beyond for him on a daily basis. especially since I live in another state and can not be there as frequently as I would like. The nursing staff treats him like he is their own father.

My mother has been a resident here for 7 months now and I can not say enough good things about the quality of care she recieves from the staff. From everyone including the chefs who prepare such amazing food and make it a point to ask everyone how their meal was which is very nice, and Andrew at the front desk and Steve, and just everyone there, they all go above amd beyond to ensure the best quality of care is provided and make it feel like home and family.. I cant say enough about the nursing staff either, they are amazing and Renee is outstanding , and the housekeeping is always on top of everything, never have to ask twice for anything from them. Yhank you Carlyle place for taking such good care of my mother and treating her as if she were family and not a resident.

Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care our mother received at The Courville. The team there went above and beyond to ensure she was not only physically improving, but also emotionally supported every step of the way. The professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the staff made a world of difference in her recovery. We were especially impressed with the quality of physical and occupational therapy services. Each therapist showed patience, skill, and encouragement that helped rebuild our mom’s confidence and strength. The nursing and support staff created an environment of genuine kindness and respect, which made all the difference during a difficult time. Another standout was the food — truly out-of-this-world, restaurant-quality meals that gave our mom something to look forward to each day. It brought her comfort, joy, and a sense of normalcy during her stay, and our family appreciated the care that went into every detail. After having a less-than-positive experience elsewhere, Courville stood out as a place where we could truly trust the care being given. We can’t thank the team enough for helping our mom heal and feel like herself again.
