This Home Instead location serving southern NH has such a good group of people who care deeply about helping families find peace and stability in their day-to-day. My wife became ill in 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent for her. Caregivers are good at what they do, but they also love what they do, and that just makes all the difference. We appreciate everything this company has offered our family. True peace of mind. Highly recommend.

The home health providers at Home Instead are exceptional. Most important to me is their respect and patience with my 83 year old partner. And here they are outstanding. It is a gift to return to our condo and hear my partner and his provider chatting away. Their contribution to the nuts and bolts of food prep, laundry, and staying organized has been a great relief. They have good common sense and handle these tasks with minimal direction, which allows me time to get things I otherwise couldn't. Having someone come into our home was a big change for us, but it could not have gone better. I am hoping to increase their time with us, since their warmth and professionalism are critical to our staying in our home. I am truly grateful Home Instead is available.

They were incredibly easy to work with and very well organized. Throughout the entire process, they kept in contact with me every week to ensure that my caregiver was working out well. The caregiver they sent was lovely—competent, hardworking, sociable, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the daily written summaries of chores and activities, as well as the clear online weekly invoices detailing each week’s costs. During my recent Total Knee Replacement surgery I had reached out to Home Instead for support. Staff and Care Pro were very courteous and professional in accommodating my needs.<br>Really appreciate their service and flexibility in my recovery process.
