Moving to the Bailey has been such an amazing experience! We moved from California to be closer to our son and grandchildren and the unexpected bonus is we have a whole new crop of wonderful friends! So many fun activities planned for us, beautiful apartments and common spaces and a perfect location. It’s funny. I’ve seen a few other reviews talking about the noise level, but people have to understand you are moving into a more urban area. This isn’t a quiet little neighborhood and that’s the best part about it.! Always somewhere to go and something to do! We love it!

Living at the Bailey has exceeded my expectations. In addition to the vibrant location in Bridge Park, I never expected to make so many new friends living in apartment setting.
I moved here from Massachusetts last October to be closer to family. Grandchildren are a draw for many of us. We have options to participate in many activities including visits to local parks, restaurants, yoga, water color painting, the Ohio State Fair, a weekly farmers market, card games, movie nights, bocce, and interesting forums. This is a very welcoming community. Wine Down Wednesday is a weekly social time when Bailey residents hang out together with snacks and whatever beverage you choose to bring.
I could go on but, instead I will recommend you take a tour and see for yourself.
