My father is there just sitting in his room and told he has Covid and can’t go outside. He can’t even get fresh air outdoors even though he feels fine. It seems like this place is nice- until you get there, and then it’s more like a prison. My worry is that they want everyone to just “be easy” and stay in their rooms. But that is terrible for one’s physical and mental well-being.

Update: June 2025. We are very disappointed in this place. The communication is lacking, And without going into the whole long list of grievances… I would just say that for $10,000 a month you can’t even be sure that they’re dusting your loved ones room. I arrived four days ago to find my father’s room, not covered in a light layer of dust, but covered in a thick layer of dust. I’m not comfortable leaving him there because I live out of state, and I’m losing trust that he’s really in good hands without being there to keep an eye on him.
