Freedom Home Care has been a blessing to our family. We live in a rural area so I wasn't sure how long it would take them to find me a caregiver willing to make the trip but they got me set up almost immediately. When I started having trouble with reimbursement from our long-term care insurance Isabella jumped through every hoop she could to get them paying me back without complications. Shequilla has been our consistent caregiver which was one of my biggest concerns when choosing a home care company, I didn't want to have a revolving door of different people which would be confusing for my dad with dementia; she has been fantastic with care going above and beyond and flexible whenever necessary. I would highly recommend Freedom Home Care based on my personal experience, they've made a difficult time in our family history much easier to manage.

Chastity runs the most amazing home care company I’ve ever encountered and I know this market well! I have seen her consistently go above and beyond for her clients and their families! The clients and families always report the best experiences with Freedom Home Care and I don’t know how she is able to over deliver on every single case! I also know some of her caregivers that absolutely love working there! When you meet Chasity (the owner) you will quickly realize you have met the "THE REAL DEAL". She is kind, caring, compassionate and holds an extremely high standard for herself and for her staff.
