Also, also, I forgot to add on my first review that I wrote. Glenda is amazing. She has been with us since day one and she goes beyond grateful to have her as well as all the other staff. I thank Them tremendously for helping my brother hopefully to maybe one day have a better life. There are so many others I can name, but to be honest, I can’t remember all of their names.

Greenville Post Acute may not be the most modern or updated facility -both the interior and exterior could definitely use some refreshing. But what it lacks in appearance, it more than makes up for in what truly matters. The facility is always immaculate. Every time I walk in, it is clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. More importantly, the staff has been amazing. They are consistently kind, patient, and compassionate-not just with my mother, but with me as well. Anytime we've needed something, they've been helpful and responsive, often going above and beyond in ways that truly make a difference. This experience has reminded me that you really can't judge a book by its cover. While a newer, more polished facility might look nice, l would choose a clean environment with a genuinely caring and attentive staff every single time-and that's exactly what you'll find

The place is obviously dated. But the staff more than makes up for it I rate them all five stars. Halima Rhett is the perfect ambassador sitting up front To greet all!

Absolutely disgusting place. Smells like poop and urine as soon as you walk in. The front door guest bleeding from under the bandages shows the care to patient they give. Staff seem more inclined to smoke cigarettes in parking lot or vape in their cars then look after your loved ones.. what a disgrace!! Even saw a blood sample kit on the ground like trash. Pretty sure Blood born pathogen class wasn’t taught here as well!!

The care at this facility is below bare minimum. This facility do not care about your family. I would remove them immediately!!! The lady at the front desk is MESSY!!!! When I tell you everyday I visit she is on the phone talking about someone when she should be cleaning so it smell good when visitors walk in. The pictures that was taken that was on the first day of my love one being there. When I say nasty 🤮. The nurses just sit at the computer all day. You hit the button to get there attention literally 35 minutes before someone come and check on you. Believe me the reviews you read are definitely true. I read them and tried it myself this place is Terrible. You may have a handful of employees that care but Majority don’t give a damn. The mattress and then as paper which created bed sores. I removed my love one out so quick!!!!! 0/0. They have to do better but it’s going to take years for better to come cause they are comfortable with poor care because they don’t care. Greenville Post Acute 0/0!!! If you have a love one there you better go spend the day with them an look how they are getting treated. The food awful I saw them feed my love one the same thing everyday. Yall the same thing everyday. Straight trash 🗑️ Now the therapy team is a dram team. Them ladies was outstanding. I miss them but I had to pull my love one out because the care was just below poor. Dirty bloody and booger linen. Nasty. Do better.
