I can't say enough good things about The Ackerly at Reed's Crossing! I have a friend who lives in the assisted living community there, and from our first tour with Stephanie through move-in, everything went so smoothly. Stephanie answered all of our questions, made the process easy, and really helped put us at ease.<br><br>The campus is beautiful, and my friend loves the food! There are always activities and fun outings for residents to enjoy, and they offer transportation services that help residents maintain their independence.<br><br>One of the first things we noticed was how friendly everyone was. The staff and residents were smiling and seemed genuinely happy. Every time I've visited since, it's been the same. The staff is kind, caring, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do.<br><br>Whether you're looking for independent or assisted living for yourself or a loved one, I'd definitely recommend The Ackerly at Reed's Crossing!

I toured this community as a possible option for my mother, and I was very impressed with what I saw. I ultimately decided not to move her due to several factors, not because of anything lacking in this community from the tour.<br><br>The facility is beautiful, with a spacious and welcoming lobby area. What stood out most to me during the tour was the friendliness of the residents. In two separate unsolicited conversations, residents shared very positive things about both the community and the staff, which spoke volumes. Based on my tour experience, this seems like a warm, well-run, and caring place.
