Beware of this place staff and management do not communicate. I stayed for2 months and most of the staff acted like they were being bothered when you needed something. They also lost or discarded my meds I had prior to entering the house. I was told I would get them back when I leave. I never got them back. The house manager is not qualified for this job. I was told my meds were lost or discarded. Either way this is a violation of my property. Don’t go to this house if you care about your property. Groups were not groups they lacked the training to lead them. I will be seeking to report them to proper authorities for missing meds

I have stayed there my name is Donald Wood jr and I can tell you. That the house manager and everyone else who works there is respectful and caring and loving. Keep up the good work. Miss you guys so much. They deserve another year award. When I had a stroke last month I was driven to the hospital not once but twice the same day. Y'all work so hard to help people. God bless you all and thank y'all.

There aren't any groups. I was there two weeks. And had one group that was a matter of ten minutes. Filled out 10 questions on paper. That's was it. No boardwork, no education, no direction. A staff member who handles our medications unplugged our toilet with her hands. There were floating excrements and paper, and she didn't even wash her hands when she was finished.. the toilet still stayed plugged. I saw her do it, and I checked the soap, and it was dry. Gross,!!!! Then she went back to her desk from the bathroom. The clean dishes are always dirty. Wet food was stuck on the forks as well as plates and mouth imprints on the cups that were supposedly to be clean. This is a perfect place to catch infection. I had to get out of there.. it's like staying in a flop house. One other resident was staying there with a major head injury on top of suffering from mental illness. It was clear that he needed more help and supervision than what "TLC" could offer. There was more help needed for the poor man. TLC will except anyone despite their EXTENSIVE needs. It seems to me "TLC" only cares about getting paid.

The best level 2 behavioral facility in the community of tucson, friendly staff members, and great success rate for patients. I have seen patients come in there needing so much help and by the end of their treatment some have jobs, homes to go back to, and build a good relationship with friends and family.
