A few rotten apples really makes the whole facility look bad. Crying in tears several days in a row due to not getting your prescription for pain or to relieve your sickness... I dont want to be negative but do not place your family here, especially if they are incapable of advocating for them self. I teared up at the sweet old lady next door being ignored, as she slouched over and was too weak to pick her self up in the bed. They gave my mom a cough syrup which was not prescribed. After she stuck her finger in it they still gave it to the correct patient. Eww. When talking with staff they seem to not care only be there for the pay. They don't truly care for the well-being of the residents. Weekends and overnights are the worst when there's no administration present, they fail to meet basic standards. Now there were some really great CNAs. Front desk staff was amazing. I think it's time to weed out the bad apples.

My Auntie was treated very well. Staff was courteous, kind and supportive. The activities such as bingo, ice cream time and movie time were helpful for socialization and distraction. Carlos the case manager kept me in the “loop” which was much appreciated. All nurses and CNA’s were hospitable and attempted to meet her daily needs. This was a very good experience and I would recommend this facility.

This rehab facility has a great staff. We had the service of 2 nurses in particular that did an outstanding job. Amy was very pleasant and very efficient She could get stuff done. Lupita is very caring and is extremely sensitive to the resident’s needs. Es is a speech therapist who helped my wife a great deal. The rest of the staff did a great job.

My grandfather has been at this place for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately prior to selecting this place i didn’t complete a walkthrough just based my decision off reviews from Medicare. The facility is filthy the floors look like they’ve never seen a mop, it’s extremely hot and smells like urine. I arrived to my grandfathers room at around 11 am he was in a uncomfortable position with a soiled extra large diaper( he’s a small guy and should be using small) Soiled linen and smelly room. When i asked for someone to change him and clean his room i was told by the nursing station they’ll let CNA know i was there for a little over a hour no one every came to clean him or the room yet i saw multiple CNA’s lounging around.

This facility is amazing with its caring staff & beautiful settings. They provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, restorative therapy and speech therapy. The executive Director Donovan is amazing along with activity directors & nurses! I have a great report with the nurses and social workers. This place truly cares about its patients & employees. Everyone who truly works here gives 100% and cares about the well being of all patients. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Her kind spunky spirit really shines and brightens the day.
