My Mom spent several weeks at Avenue at Strongsville as she required rehab following a hospital stay. Understandably, I was worried about leaving her anywhere, but I was extremely pleased with the care Mom received there. From the caring nurses, aides, and therapy team, Mom received the care and attention she needed in order to return home. Additionally, the nurses and aides always made sure Mom was taken to various activities which she enjoyed!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Avenue at Strongsville for the wonderful care they provided to one of our residents from The Villas at Bakers Ridge.

As the Property Manager at The Villas at Bakers Ridge, it's incredibly reassuring to know our residents are in such good hands when they need short-term rehabilitation. One of our residents recently completed rehab at Avenue and returned home so happy. Before she was even discharged, the team had already coordinated her in-home physical therapy, making the transition back home seamless.

Throughout her stay, the communication from the Avenue team was excellent. They kept us informed and truly demonstrated how much they care about the people they serve. Several of our residents even went to visit her and came back saying, *"It looks like a hotel, and she was treated like a queen."* Hearing that meant so much.

Something else that really stands out is the consistency of their team. In an industry where turnover can be common, it's refreshing to see so many familiar faces who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Thank you to everyone at Avenue at Strongsville for your compassion, professionalism, and dedication. It truly makes a difference in the lives of the residents and families you serve.

Our mom's experience at the Avenue was very positive. We were pleased with the care our mom received. Most of the staff went above and beyond to help our mom feel comfortable - with special shout outs to Kara and her activity staff, nurses Nikita and Jessica, STNA's Victoria, Arturo, and Madison, and all the PT's and OT's! These people were gentle, loving and kind - and we appreciate that our mom felt their love and attention. Jennifer in finance helped us navigate the financial aspect and we greatly appreciated her guidance. Nobody takes care of your loved ones like you would, but when a facility is needed, the Avenue is a great alternative.

My family and I love this facility! Andreya, the admissions director was wonderful to work with through the entire process of on boarding my grandmother and since then, the staff has taken such great care of her. I especially love hearing her talk about all of the different activities and events that are hosted for her to attend. Thank you to everyone at The Avenue for all you do!
