The nurses and the aids are awesome there's fresh baked cookies 3 or 4 times a week bingo activities overall great place to be because of the people here they care

This rehabilitation facility is one of the worst places I have ever seen. The building is dirty, poorly maintained, and does not provide the level of care that patients deserve. Staff members often ignore patients’ requests and fail to respond when help is needed.<br><br>The smell inside the building is extremely unpleasant from the moment you walk through the door. The furniture is old, worn out, and in poor condition, making the environment even more depressing.<br><br>Patients deserve respect, attention, and proper care, but unfortunately this facility falls far below acceptable standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you truly care about your loved one, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for rehabilitation and care.<br><br>In my opinion, this facility needs major improvements in cleanliness, patient care, and overall managemen<br>If you want your patient to die, put them in this miserable place. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This facility is dirty and smells of feces. The front line nurses and aids do the best they can with what little leadership provides. The overall feeling my family got from this facility is they are concerned only about the almighty dollar and really don’t care about the patients. For example, I would wait three or four days for a return phone call from one of the staff at falling water yet on the day I was trying to check out, the business manager was waiting for me at the front desk for our final payment. I would avoid this facility at all costs. The conditions are deplorable, and the staff is simply not supported by the ownership!! It’s a very sad situation
