Our family is extremely grateful for the outstanding care and compassion the staff at StoryPoint in Bolingbrook Illinois provides for our mom. From the moment she moved in, everyone has treated her with kindness, dignity, and genuine concern for her well-being.<br><br>The variety of activities available is amazing. We love seeing the photos and Facebook posts of her participating, smiling, and enjoying herself. It gives our family great comfort to know she is happy, engaged, and surrounded by caring people. She also enjoys the food and the friendships she has made with the other residents.<br><br>Her room is spacious, comfortable, and always well maintained. The entire community is clean, welcoming, and feels like home.<br><br>One of the things we appreciate most is the communication. The staff keeps our family informed and is always available to answer questions or address any concerns. Their support has meant so much to us during this chapter of our lives.<br><br>We truly cannot imagine a better place for our mom. StoryPoint has given our family peace of mind, knowing she is safe, well cared for, and treated with the respect and compassion she deserves. We are sincerely thankful to everyone at StoryPoint for everything they do.

I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to write this one, for so many reasons. After many years of struggling with the idea of moving Mom into an assisted living home we are so pleased to have found the perfect place for her. She never wanted to move out of her home and it was a constant argument. She has lived at StoryPoint now for 2 years and we can't get her to leave even for a few days and she wants to go back because she misses her friends and the staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff. From the moment she moved in they have treated her with genuine kindness, respect and compassion. EVERY staff member.... from the office staff, front desk, to the activity directors and nurses.<br>She is so happy and content there which means so much to us. It gives our family peace of mind knowing she's in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. They truly love Mom and take the best care of her.<br><br>I want to personally thank Dan Jalove for his continual caring, support and understanding of how a facility should be ran. He follows through every situation with grace and thoughtfulness. He goes above and beyond making the residents feel comfortable, valued and always taking the time to listen and engage. For example, last week I was to take my mom on vacation with me but when I picked her up we couldn't find her ID. Unfortunately, I had to leave without her. Dan, Gio and the whole staff continued to search for it after I had left. They did not need to do that but did. Luckily they found it and she was able to go with us. All because they took their time out to continue to help her. THANK YOU GIO!<br><br>The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like a home rather than an institution. We are always kept well informed with anything relating to Mom.<br><br>There are plenty of activities, social events and trips that help keep her active, happy and excited to do things. Holidays are exceptional there as so many fun things are planned.<br>Choosing a place for a loved one is never easy, but this facility has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring professional staff, facility and assisted-living community.<br><br>Thank you again...Dan, Paula, Ajou, Gio and Dina and staff!!! xxx

The rooms are spacious and nice for allowing natural light. The staff is above whatever the top rating system is that you use. My mother was in memory care for nearly 4 years there. We never regretted for one day the choice we made for her. The activities are fun and great for the residents to keep busy. But at the same time, if there needs to be quiet time, they can have that too. All of our interactions from techs and aides to the Executive Director (shout out to Dan) and Director of Connection Points (shout out to Tanna) were top notch. Availability for communication with them was never a problem.

From the moment I walked in the front door I was impressed with Story Point Bolingbrook. Beautiful open and high ceiling foyer with updated modern decor throughout. It feels like luxury living with activities that actually sound very interesting. The two women that gave the tour, Dina and Diamond were by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate people I have met so far at most senior living facilities. They really tried to figure out what would be best for my situation and not just what fits into the typical existing boxes. They gave me hope and for once in a long time I felt my husband would get the care he deserves.
