The administration for this location is trash, they do not talk to one another and when they finally talk, misinformation is given or not at all. My father has not been at this location since June of 2026, but they charged me for the month of July. When I called and talked to Anna, the person that handles their finances, she comes giving me a song and dance about how he was on ACH and so that was the reason he was billed when they had plenty of time to cancel it AFTER I had been told that nothing would be billed. Then after a week of trying to information on getting funds returned to me, she comes over $700.00 short, when they were supposed to only charge me $77.00 but refunding me $6900.00 from a charge of $7,768.00. Anna has been avoiding my calls, text messages, and requests via text and voicemail because she can't do her job and don't have answers to the questions that I am asking such as HOW COULD YOU BILL SOMEONE THAT IS NOT THERE AND THEN NOT SEND THEIR MONEY BACK? Now here I am a month later fighting to get money that was STOLEN from me, that was not rightfully theirs to take in the 1st place. I've already contacted the BBB and my attorney is next; this was a simple process that has become complicated for no reason at all. I understand that things happen, but when there are people in positions, they cannot handle more problems occur that can be avoided.

This is a community for anyone who is interested know getting great care for their loved ones. The compassion I was shown gave me reassurance that my mom would be in great hands. I also really appreciate the individualized approach to care Story Point clearly takes. The community was clean and welcoming and the staff I encountered were all very nice and seemed to love what they do. We haven’t moved in yet but we intend to soon.

This place is not good. Be advised.<br>My mother was moved from their Assisted Living building to their Memory Care building and the level of care dropped dramatically. The staff does not care or try very hard. I had to suggest and purchase protein shakes when my mother stopped eating. They got bills/mail from ambulance service and doctors. They did not give me these items until my mother died. Front desk just shrugged their shoulders when I asked why I was not given them during my visits. There is a level of incompetence that is not acceptable. My mother passed away and I came a week later to clean out her room. They surprise charged me for this additional week by just grabbing money out of the bank account. If you are looking for care for a parent or loved one.....pass on this place.
