Brightstar Care was the best of three companion care firms I tried. They had a distinct service group for people with Dementia. They're planning for caregiver scheduling, online and phone communication on a weekly basis was outstanding. They also were great at adjusting and tailoring the skills of caregivers to meet your needs.

They consistently provide exceptional care with a level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise that is truly remarkable. Ari and Ali are knowledgeable, attentive, and always take the time to ensure every detail is handled correctly. They bring not only clinical excellence but also kindness, patience, and genuine concern for their patients’ well-being. Their positive attitudes and reassuring presence make a tremendous difference each visit. What stands out most is their dedication. They never rush through their responsibilities and never leave before the job is done right. No matter the situation, they are thoughtful, informed, and generous with their time, always willing to answer questions and provide support. BrightStar Care is fortunate to have Ari and Ali representing their organization. BrightStar was able to quickly assign a caregiver for my mom on short notice when she left CDH hospital and arrived at The Springs in Naperville. The caregiver, Bianca, provided exceptional service. She went to my mom's apartment at Monarch Landing with mom in a wheelchair to pick out clothes and personal items for her stay at The Springs. She also was very helpful offering mom assistance in her bathroom and offered to help her with a shower. Overall, just a pleasant 4 hours of caregiver service provided by Bianca - Thank You!

So I have been an employee for about 8 months now. I have to give my honest opinion and say this has been by far the best BrightStar location I have worked for. All of them are great however at the Naperville location they actually try to work with you. They try their best to work as a team and make sure their employees are satisfied along with their clients. Anytime I’ve came across an issue they were always ready to help me. All of the office staff are pleasant. Jean is truly truly amazing and I absolutely love her. Even when she’s under stress she will still try her best to work things out so you’re satisfied as an employee. Kelly takes the time to look into things and fix whatever needs to be fixed. Overall this has to be the best staff I have ever worked with. SN: This review is based on my experience and my experience only. I do think they could offer maybe more hands-on training for some caregivers but outside of that I love my job. I love who I work for!

We've been using BrightStar Care for extra support for several years. We've had many great caregivers, but I wanted to take a moment to highlight a few exceptional caregivers who regularly make my life better by providing exceptional care for my mom and dad. Mercedes, Tadiza, and Denise are truly remarkable! They provide targeted care for my parents, focused on their interests and needs. They create better quality of life for my folks and there's nothing better than that. They provide usable feedback to me and I'm so grateful for them everyday!
