My sister has been at Stanley Total Living more than 2 years and we are very pleased with everything about the facility.She is happy and feels safe and happy there.They provide many things for them to participate in .I am in and out of there all the time and the staff are always friendly.If I become disabled that is where i would want to be.

My grandfather was sent here from the hospital and was very very weak. He couldn’t even pick his head up. And all they did was make him feel insufficient. Telling him he wasn’t doing enough. Just treated him poorly. I had high hopes for a Christian organization; but don’t let that title fool you. He was released 3 days after being there because he couldn’t stand it anymore. That next night he about died in the bathroom floor. Y'all should be ashamed for making an 80 year old man feel the way y'all did. I’ll pray for y'all. And I’m thankful y'all didn’t kill him. Steer clear of this place.

I’ve had clients stay there for rehab who say the physical therapists were good. As far as I’ve seen in my visits it’s a decent place with a caring staff and their teamwork and dedication shows for itself . The residents who stay there seem happy, safe and cared for. Thank you to the Stanley staff!

In March of 2023 my mother-in-law (Libby) entered Stanley Total Living Center (STLC) as an admit from the hospital. Prior to her admit, Libby had been in and out of the hospital and rehab centers multiple times. Her last hospital stay prior to admission to STLC was very concerning, an we did not expect her to leave the hospital. From our first encounters with STLC, we experienced great personal care, a loving culture, a responsive administration, and a well qualified staff. As Libby made steady and noticeable improvement, her stay was changed from short-term rehab to long-term nursing care. During her stay until her death on 07/22/2025, we continued to receive excellent compassionate care for Libby. Over the remaining 2-1/2 years of her life STLC became home, and the staff became family. As with all family, we had moments where there was some concerns. During these moments, STLC was always quick to address concerns, and strived to satisfactorily put the immediate family at ease with Libby’s care. As Libby entered her last days, love and care changed to palliative. Libby’s care never waned from the staff, and the obvious concern given to make sure her and the immediate family felt loved and important was a great comfort. The immediate family has no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending STLC as a place for families to extend the physical boundaries of home. The care, compassion, and love in the culture at STLC for us was evident at day 1, and still there 2-1/2 years later at her passing.

Our mother is in the memory care unit and I can’t say enough positive things about this facility and staff. They are all kind and take great care of our mother. Nothing prepares you for having to take a wonderful loving parent to a nursing home, it is such a devastating feeling… however STLC admissions director and the entire staff have been wonderful. My mother’s father was also in this unit more than 20 years ago and it was amazing then as well!! 5 stars for sure!!
