I want to do a shout out to Krystel my son (JT’s) nurse, on the 2nd floor. She is such a sweet, compassionate and caring person\nurse. St. John’s is blessed to have her on their team. I thank God our paths have crossed. We love 😘 you Krystel.

It seems the place does not have an infection preventionist: the facility is filthy, clean linen carts uncovered, staff eats and drinks in the hallways, at the nurses’ stations, and at med carts; bottles of drinks sit on the railings, sticky floors, gloves are worn in the hallways and are not changed between patients. The kitchen on PC4 is in a horrifying condition! Administration is unpleasant and unreachable. This place should be reported to the State.

If zero was an option. My elderly mom was admitted into a dirty room. NOTHING CLEAN. Frozen food. Neglected by staff repeatedly. House dr said her lungs were clear from clots but hospital ( after I insisted she be seen) said it wouldn't have been long for my mom to have a stroke or worse. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to anyone.

My sister is in St Johns as I speak. My sister has wanted to go home for 2 months.She is self pay. Every time we come close to discharge they find another reason to keep her. When we complain they say they will discharge her so medicare won't pay.<br>Stay away from this place. They don't care about your loved one all they care about is money.
