St. David's Co-op Apartments

St. David's Co-op Apartments is an independent living community for seniors aged 62 and older, located in Plymouth Township, Michigan. The 42-unit community also accepts a limited number of younger persons with physical disabilities who require mobility-accessible features. Each resident has an individual entry door, and the property was completed in 1982.

The community is nationally recognized as a Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Resident members enjoy private apartments while participating in sponsored community events including coffee socials, gardening, card playing, book club, Nintendo Wii bowling, and patio gatherings.
