The rehab facility and staff were amazingly helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. PT , OT and social work (thank you , Tracey!) were super helpful and respectful and all the needs and questions we had. I would highly recommend the rehab facility.

We had a great experience we couldn’t have asked for a better place for mom to recover and receive rehab. The few issues we did run into staff was attentive and quick to resolve with the help of Tracy in social services Angela the unit manager and Joelle the director of nursing they were all helpful and resolved the issues quickly. Angela checked on mom and was caring and friendly with a gentle bedside manner and made mom feel comfortable when dealing with any issue she had. The nurses and aides on the floor taking care of mom were kind and did a great job. The facility was clean everytime we walked in. And there therapy team is amazing from Chelse. Julie. Joe, Torika and more they were all great. Mom loved that Torika sang and danced and Joe would joke and get her laughing. All the staff made it feel like a fun loving family environment and we would defiantly recommend Otterbein Tipp City to anyone who is looking for rehab services for there loved one.
