Working at Amazing Grace Home Healthcare in Huber Heights, Ohio has truly been a blessing in my life. From the very moment I signed up and was hired, I felt welcomed, valued, and supported. I currently work as a home healthcare caregiver for my live-in fiancé, and the flexibility of being able to clock in and out from home makes a huge difference. I work 38.5 hours a week (5.5 hours a day), and the pay has exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the company offers holiday pay, bonuses, recognition, and awards, which shows how much they appreciate their caregivers. One of the things I love most is the strong sense of community. We have an online platform where staff can communicate, share experiences, encourage one another, and stay connected. The entire team is kind, supportive, and truly makes you feel like family. Amazing Grace also takes training and safety seriously. We participate in emergency drill meetings twice a year, and I recently earned my Red Cross CPR certification through them, which has given me even more confidence in providing quality care. Most importantly, my family member client feels safe and comfortable knowing she is being cared for with the support of such a dedicated and professional organization. Because of Amazing Grace, we both feel confident that her overall well-being is well managed, allowing her to live a more independent and fulfilling life. I love being an art of the Amazing Grace family, they have the best staff, clients and CEO. What makes this experience even more meaningful is the opportunity the home health agency provides for family members to take an active role in caregiving. I have been employed with Amazing Grace home Care for a over a year. Since the first day I walked in the office to get a application to be a caregiver, I was greeted with the most kindest staff members immediately. This is by far the best home Health Care company I have ever worked for not only do they care about their clients they care about their employees as well and I have recommended others that are interested in healthcare to apply with them . anyone who's interested in working in the home health care go apply with amazing Grace home healthcare. There whole staff is very helpful, Communication is the best policy, they are 100% on their game . They are kind and caring, Just really down to earth.
